Station to Station

The return of the Thin White Duke
throwing darts
in lovers' eyes
Here are we one magical moment
Such is the stuff from
where dreams are woven
Bending sound
Dredging the ocean lost in my circle
Here am I
Flashing no colour tall in this room
overlooking the ocean

Here are we
One magical movement
from Kether to Malkuth 1
There are you
You drive like a demon
from station to station
The return of the Thin White Duke
throwing darts
in lovers' eyes [x2]
The return of the Thin White Duke,
making sure white stains

Once there were mountains on mountains
And once there were sunbirds
to soar with
And once I could
never be down
Got to keep searching
and searching
Oh what will I be believing
and who will connect me with love?

Wonder who wonder who
wonder when
Have you sought fortune evasive and shy?
Drink to the men who protect you and I
Drink drink drain your glass
raise your glass high

[CHORUS 1]
It's not the side-effects of the cocaine
I'm thinking that it must be love
It's too late
- to be grateful
It's too late
- to be late again
It's too late
- to be hateful
The european cannon is here

[CHORUS 2]
I must be only one in a million
I won't let the day pass
without her
It's too late
- to be grateful
It's too late
- to be late again
It's too late
- to be hateful
The European cannon is here

[CHORUS 3]
Should I believe that I've been stricken?
Does my face show
some kind of glow?
It's too late
- to be grateful
It's too late
- to be late again
It's too late
- to be hateful
The european cannon is here, yes it's here

It's too late [5 times]
The European cannon is here

I'll Bet You Didn't Know This About Me

This was once a career goal for me. This is what I wanted to do for my life's work.

It is unfortunate that I was side tracked from my path - I hope someone stepped up to take my place.
I'll get back into it; however, it just may be the plants indigenous to North America will become my focus.

There is much to learn out there as well. We only have to look for it.

Sela.

Welcome to My World

This song still makes the goosehairs rise up on my arms. I don't know why.

It's not the pictures in the video that make the magic; it's the voices and the words that touch my heart and my mind.

Listen to the words - never mind the pictures - does it speak to you, too?

Kyrie
by Mr. Mister

Kyrie eleison, kyrie eleison, kyrie

The wind blows hard against this mountain side,
across the sea into my soul
It reaches into where I cannot hide,
setting my feet upon the road

My heart is old, it holds my memories,
my body burns a gemlike flame
Somewhere between the soul and soft machine,
is where I find myself again

Chorus:
Kyrie eleison, down the road that I must travel
Kyrie eleison, through the darkness of the night
Kyrie eleison, where I'm going will you follow
Kyrie eleison, on a highway in the light

When I was young I thought of growing old,
of what my life would mean to me
Would I have followed down my chosen road,
or only wished what I could be . . .

Chorus:
Kyrie eleison, down the road that I must travel
Kyrie eleison, through the darkness of the night
Kyrie eleison, where I'm going will you follow
Kyrie eleison, on a highway in the light

(chorus repeats out...)

"Kyrie Eleison (Greek for "Lord have mercy"; the Latin transliteration supposes a pronunciation as in Modern Greek) is a very old, even pre-Christian, expression used constantly in all Christian liturgies."

Live a little bit, learn a little bit. Click the link above and take a chance. Maybe you'll learn something you didn't know or remember something that you have forgotten.

There are more things in heaven and earth than man has an explanation for ... some famous guy said that. But I can't remember who ... whom ... whatever.
